Some easy ways to make a positive impact on the environment 
  1. Turn off the lights when you leave a room
  2. Change your lights to Energy efficient lighting such as CFL bulbs or LED if possible.
  3. Use a clothes line if you have one to dry your clothes (weather permitting)
  4. Unplug all unused electronics
  5. Open your blinds during the day and close them at night
    (Winter)
  6. Closes windows and blinds on hot days and open them up at night.
  7. Drink Tea instead of Coffee (uses much less water) or drink fair trade coffee
  8. Turn the thermostat down at night 
  9. Buy locally grown food
  10. Take shorter showers
  11. Buy items with less packaging
  12. Bring reusable bags to supermarkets
  13. Reduce Reuse Recycle
